In order to implement the new development concept, promote the low-carbon development of the construction industry, accelerate the industrialization, green and digital construction, and achieve high-quality development of the construction industry。According to the "Henan Green Construction Science and Technology Demonstration Project Management Measures (Trial)", it is decided to carry out the application of the first batch of Henan green construction science and technology demonstration projects in 2024, and the relevant requirements are notified as follows:

1. Project declaration

According to the "Henan Province Green Construction Technology Demonstration Project Management Measures (Trial)" (Annex 1)，All member units are invited to actively organize the application of the first batch of Henan green construction technology demonstration projects in 2024，The relevant application materials shall be submitted to the Chief Engineer Working Committee of Henan Civil Engineering Society before April 30, 2024。

Member enterprises in accordance with the "Henan Green Construction Technology Demonstration Project Management Measures (Trial)" voluntary application。

2. Declaration conditions

(I) Project scale and requirements

1, single building area of more than 20,000 square meters or group building area of more than 50,000 square meters, infrastructure project contract cost of more than 100 million yuan。

2.In line with the capital construction procedures, complete procedures, and has a sound green construction implementation planning scheme。

3.The project should be invested in place, the implementation of green construction can get the support and cooperation of construction, design, construction, supervision and other relevant units, and have the conditions and environment for green construction。

4.In the process of creating green construction technology demonstration projects, we can organize green construction technology research and innovation according to the characteristics of the projects。

5.Make full use of BIM, artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things, remote monitoring and other technologies，Application of intelligent construction integrated management platform，Realize real-time monitoring, early warning, emergency response and tracking management of various elements of engineering construction such as on-site personnel, machinery and equipment, materials and materials, energy consumption, production safety, engineering quality, noise and dust。

The scope of the declared projects covers the new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects in the field of civil construction in our province, and can apply for the green construction technology demonstration project in Henan Province。

(1) Green construction demonstration content

2.Green design

Adopt the integrated design which is coordinated with the whole process of project establishment and construction, and the full professional positive integration design;The implementation of green building technology strategy, combined with the economic benefit analysis of the building life cycle, the use of performance-based design;adoptIt is conducive to lean construction processInvestment and carbon cap design。At the same time, comprehensive consideration should be given to environmental protection, resource conservation, quality assurance, health and safety and technical adaptability requirements。

3.Green construction

Actively carry out green construction，Formulate a clear green construction management system，The content covers five aspects: environmental protection, resource conservation, quality assurance, health and safety, and technical adaptability.Establish green construction management system，Clear green construction management responsibilities;The influencing factors of green construction were analyzed，Clear green construction objectives;Implement green construction regulations and standards，Serious environmental pollution and waste of resources are strictly prohibited;The data of green construction process should be collected and archived simultaneously。

(2) New technology promotion and smart construction demonstration content

1.Promotion and application of 10 new technologies and independent innovation technologies in the construction industry。

2.Implement BIM technology application in the whole process。

In the demonstration project development combined with the CIM platform to carry out computer-aided planning of the project, and actively explore the integrated application of building information modeling (BIM) technology in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the whole life cycle of engineering projects。All parties shall apply BIM technology to manage the whole process of demonstration project construction, and collect, screen, analyze and apply the data of the whole process of project construction。

3.Promote design, production and construction to work together。

Construction units take the lead, and design, production and construction units cooperate to explore the construction of digital design basic platforms and integrated systems, so as to realize information interconnection and collaborative sharing in the stages of design, procurement, production, construction, delivery and operation and maintenance。

The application of digital smart site management platform, through the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, mobile Internet and other information technologies to create a smart site, to achieve all elements of digital control to empower project management, improve engineering safety, quality control capabilities。

4.Develop the construction industry Internet。

Actively promote the construction industry Internet application，Promote the application of BIM+5G, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), geographic information system (GIS), drones and other technologies in construction sites，Realize Internet + construction management，Labor, materials, equipment, etc. are included in the management system，Help the government realize the deep integration of digital technology and on-site supervision。

5.Building robot application

In the demonstration project, we actively explore the application of high-end equipment, machine construction and auxiliary construction, and apply intelligent robots in the process of measurement and pay-off, logistics lifting, steel binding, wall/floor tile laying, leveling and polishing, block laying, plaster spraying, and ground cleaning。

4. Declaration requirements

One set of electronic data (U disk), two copies of paper data, including declaration, green intelligent construction implementation plan and project approval, land planning, engineering planning, construction permits, etc., stamped with the official seal of the unit and submitted to the Chief engineer Working committee of Henan Civil and Architectural Society。

5. Declaration time

The deadline for submission is April 30, 2024, and late filings will not be accepted。
